GoGecko is working in Partnership with Liqui Group to find an Executive Assistant to join their team.
Liqui Group is an award-winning creative studio specialising in commercial interiors, bespoke furniture design, and sustainable products. They also include Liqui Contracts, who manage the delivery of their commercial interiors and Crate 47, their boutique branding agency. Their innovative approach merges function with aesthetics, delivering outstanding spaces and products that inspire and elevate.
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant who’s looking to join a fantastic company, in a role supporting the owner and Creative Director within the Liqui Design arm of the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination of both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a meticulous planner, and an interest in design.
- Managing diaries, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for the Owner/Creative Director.
- Serving as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Preparing and writing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with a variety of personal tasks, errands, appointments, and reservations from time to time.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Design studio, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Tackling administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and correspondence
- Collaborating with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Preparing impactful reports, presentations, and documents that capture attention and deliver results.
- Planning and organising exciting company events, exhibitions, and client meetings, and managing the logistics and promotional materials.
Someone with…
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills who can keep calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g.: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and changing priorities.
- Keen interest in the design industry and/or familiarity with design terminology is desirable but not required.
- Basic understanding of project management principles such as using software like Trello and a basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting would also be desirable but not essential.
