Account Management & Partner Success
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop tailored account strategies to maximise client engagement and commercial value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely resolution and service excellence.
- Provide training and guidance to clients, ensuring they fully leverage the technology.
- Work closely with partners to strengthen relationships and optimise revenue opportunities from partnership-driven business.
New Business Development
- Drive lead generation and full sales cycle management, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Identify and engage new clients within corporate security, risk management, and technology sectors.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and industry events.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Work alongside the Head of Partnerships to convert partnership-driven leads into long-term business relationships.
Collaboration & Market Growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and enhance product-market fit.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product development.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and strategies that support business growth.
- Report on key sales and partnership performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Experienced: 3-5 years in new business development and account management, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based technology.
- Industry Knowledgeable: Background in Security, Risk Management, Insurance, or Healthcare is a plus.
- Commercially Savvy: Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- People-Centric: A natural relationship-builder with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
