As scary as it might be, it’s key to identify what exactly is causing this, and scheduling a meeting with HR to discuss ways to address these issues to make your workplace an inviting space again.

It is important to discuss these issues with your manager to reach a compromise that works for both of you.

It is also key to seek support. Whether you reach out to colleagues, friends or loved ones, support and collaboration might help you cope. If you have access to an employee assistance program, take advantage of the services that could help you out.

However, if this still does not alleviate those feelings, it might be worth exploring a job or career change.
