We are working in partnership with a fantastic people focused specialist Marketing and PR agency working in the Travel Industry. KBC are an award-winning agency specialising in the travel, tourism, and leisure sectors. KBC are growing and are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. We are looking for Account Management experience, with a passion for travel and the curiosity and drive to run multiple projects for some exciting clients in the USA and Canada.
- Hybrid working with two days a week in fab new office space ( 3 days a week whilst training)
- Working hours 9.30am to 6pm (lots of KBC’s clients are in North America)

- Working as part of the Account Management team alongside the Trade Director
- Develop and present annual programme
- Coordinate and manage events and sales missions
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events to promote and sell product and itinerary ideas to the trade
- Budget management and accurate analysis and reporting
- Put together and deliver training presentations
- Coordinate team travel requirements
- Manage client social media and marketing activities
- Create newsletters and manage distribution
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Someone with….
- An outgoing personality and the ability to run multiple projects with a persuasive and effective communication style
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- Excellent Office 365 skills, ability to use PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for budgeting and reporting.
- The ability to multi-task is key
- Knowledge of Social media including Facebook, Instagram, and Linked in
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programmes
- A flexible attitude and desire to work in a small growing PR agency
- A full driving licence and ability to drive in the USA (aged over 21 with no criminal convictions)
- Willingness to be away from home within the UK and overseas from time to time as needed
- Experience of working within the Travel Industry is highly desirable
