How did GoResourcing come about? I own and run a small recruitment business and sometimes I need support in certain areas of my business. However, as much as I would love to hire an individual or a company to assist me, I am not always in the right financial position to do so. This has been especially true during the pandemic, where the business fell off the proverbial COVID Cliff. This got me thinking – if I was feeling in need of support but financially unable to secure the right help, other companies would be feeling this way about the services we offer.
So, we came up with a plan to bridge the gap between recruiting yourself and using an agency, an affordable resource that supports businesses with our knowledge, saving both time and money.
