  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Retain and support clients to ensure they thrive.
  • Support the generation of new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate client visits and manage client data with accuracy.

You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, people-led environment. You’ll need:

  • Account Management Experience: You’ve got a proven track record in a similar role. This does not have to be Account Management. Think Customer support or Customer Success as well.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous, analytical, and ensure accuracy in everything you do.
  • Firm but fair approach with great influencing skills
  • Great on the phone, virtual or face to face
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You can build trust and relationships with ease.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Challenges? Bring them on.
  • Strong Communication: Both written and verbal, you’re a clear and confident communicator.
  • IT Proficiency: You know your way around CRM systems and MS Office like a pro.
