DevAssist are seeking a dynamic and consultative Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of property development and will play a crucial role in expanding their client base. This role offers flexibility, allowing for remote work or a hybrid setup, and requires travel to meet clients nationally.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives to maximize revenue and growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote DevAssist and expand professional network.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.
Someone with
- Proven experience in a consultative sales or business development role.
- Experience within the property, development, planning or legal industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain great client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel nationally to meet clients as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
