Do you have excellent administrative skills? Are you proactive and want to work within a supportive team? Are you super organised and confident and able to work in a fast-paced office environment? This is a temporary Office Coordinator role for a growing local business. The temp contract will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, from 23rd November to 10th January (with 25th, 26th December, and 1st Jan off).
- Managing reception, greeting visitors, and managing visitor admin tasks.
- Running the day-to-day management of the office, from basic stock management to handling petty cash and reconciliation.
- Provide admin support within the team and across the business
- Arranging meetings for the management team both internal and external,
- Arranging supplies for meetings.
- Being the main point of contact for any issues for users, raising tickets, and ensuring they’re dealt with in a timely manner.
