Do you have prior experience using payroll software? Do you have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills? Are you looking for a part-time temp role with the potential to stay permanently with the business? You will be joining a growing business as a temp Payroll Clerk in Hickstead, with ambitions to grow and a welcoming down-to-earth team.
- Answering payroll queries on phone and email as needed
- Communicating with clients and team members
- Working senior members of the Finance Team
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll, including pension submissions
- Providing support and assistance to the accounts team
- Working collaboratively and proactively within the team
- Excel data entry
Someone with….
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience with Sage 500 payroll software
- Computer literate and confident in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive approach and the ability to take initiative
- Ability to self-manage your deadlines and work to agreed time frames
- Excellent organisational skills
- 16 hours of work per week
- Free parking

- Potential for this temp role to move to permanent.
