GoGecko is working in Partnership with Bespoke Living Construction to find a Project Manager to join the team.

There is a family feel to this construction business and due to continued organic growth they need an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an essential role and would suit someone with construction site experience, previous project management within a construction environment or project trades experience.
- Hours 8.am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays.

- Managing projects from conception to delivery
- Confirming plans with Architects, Surveyors etc..
- Creating work schedules and project timelines
- Negotiating with vendors and sub-contractors
- Securing the right team and managing trades on site
- Purchasing and managing supplies, materials and equipment
- Monitoring budget and minimising risk of overspend.
- Liaising with clients and ensuring expectations are met.
- Responsibility for safety and compliance onsite
- Ensure the completion of work to specified standards.
- Developing project plans
- Overseeing several sites at one time
- Regular reporting to Clients, onsite team and management
- Keeping projects within timelines and budgets
- Early identification of risks and challenges and dealing with this appropriately
Someone with….
- You will be tenacious with proven experience in Project Management onsite within the Construction Industry
- Good technical background with hands on experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Firm but fair approach to people management
- Commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Experience of negotiating with suppliers and contractors
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and project planning
- Hands-on can-do approach to work
- Full drivers license
