We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Administrator to support the MD and wider team who has excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills with the ability to get involved in a number of exciting projects. And who is looking for a people led business to assist the MD and team to grow and develop.

- Managing office supplies
- Administration of client contracts, team management and reporting
- Checking and monitoring legal documents
- Working and communicating across the business on behalf of the MD
- Research complex information for ongoing projects
- Keeping abreast of a fast-moving market and industry
- Reporting challenges, risks and opportunities
- Attending meetings with the MD as required
- Updating records and other documentation regularly and compliantly.
Someone with….
- You will be highly organised with proven experience as an Administrator
- An understanding of the commercial nature of business and how to build effective internal and external relationships
- Excellent professionalism and presentation
- Attention to detail and the ability to interrogate legal documents is highly desirable
- Resilience and the ability to see what needs to be done and problem solve without direction
- Confident and able to give internal stakeholders assurance
- Ability to manage projects within agreed timeframes
- We work predominantly with the legal market so experience in administration within a Legal business is highly desirable
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of business requirements and pace
